One of my favourite gardens to visit is Great Comp Gardens near Sevenoaks in Kent. When we visited back in October last year, the beauty of their dahlias was inspiring and there were dahlias everywhere, each being of a different variety.
But today, on the 30th of April 2023, I want to focus on a different flower that caught my eye during my most recent visit to Great Comp Gardens.
Readers, I present to you the magnificent dahlia, known as the Blue Bayou. During my visit, I was lucky enough to catch the dahlia in full bloom.
I cannot recommend enough a visit to Great Comp Gardens to witness the beauty of this fantastic dahlia. But even if you can’t make it there, consider adding a few varieties of the dahlia to your garden or patio for a touch of elegance and charm.
