One of the favourite things we love to do, is walk in the woods, and one of the woods local to us is Ashenbank Woods, Cobham near Rochester, in Kent.

Woodland walks can recharge your batteries… the solitude, the quietness and the sense of tranquility. No matter what is happening in real-life, a woodland walk always brings a smile to my face.
