The theme this week set by Weekly Prompts for their Photo Challenge is called Peaceful. For my first image, I am using a photo we took whilst holidaying the beautiful surrounds of Glencoe. I couldn’t believe how peaceful it was. Even travelling around the Highlands was beautiful. Yes, we came across other vehicles but not like […]

A photograph of a stretch of road in Scotland and entered into Fandango’s FOWC – Stretch Photography Challenge. Oh PS… by the powers of Lightroom, so your eye was drawn to the road, the image has been flipped in Lightroom. 😀 😀 😀 as part of the processsing technique.

On the River at Glencoe – Compsite #3
The above photograph was taken by the River Coe at Glencoe. The sky on that day was bland and grey. So for this image, I added a sky overlay and played around with the blending mode and layer mask, in ON1 Raw 2018.5.

Moonlit Shore – Composite #2
Continuing with my composite work… I thought I would work on an image taken in Scotland back in 2016 as we were heading to Mallaig.

RDP # Tuesday: CONTRAST
As we drove to Mallaig on a storm-filled day we stopped in a layby and photographed this image of one of the lochs, called Loch Nan Uamh not far from The Prince’s Cairn as we headed towards Mallaig.

Weekly Update 22nd May – New and Updated Portfolios
Well this is my third week into reorganising this blog and to be honest… I have been slightly lazy and I’ve not done a lot of sorting or adding 22nd May Portfolios . Like with every thing in life, if you don’t take a break from things – then things become a chore. And when […]
