Daisy, Daisy… give me your answer do!

There is nothing like a daisy with their vibrant yellow centre which is highlighted by their pure white petals. The image above was photographed back in 2015 whilst visiting Wakehurst Place in West Sussex and I thought it would be a refreshing flower to use for Cee’s Flower of the Day Photography Challenge.

This humble flower has long been associated with innocence and simplicity, and it’s easy to see why. The daisy’s simple yet stunning beauty can brighten even the darkest of days.

In fact, did you know that daisies are often given as a symbol of new beginnings? This is because they bloom in abundance in the springtime, bringing fresh life and vitality to the world around us.

So, if you’re looking for a flower to celebrate the joys of spring and new beginnings, look no further than the ever-charming daisy.
