One man and his dog.
Things didn’t plan as we had hoped and sadly, I lost my MIL just a couple of weeks ago. Finding time to fit in MWM was just not to be… as I was travelling up and down visiting her. And my head just wasn’t even into picking up a camera yet alone doing a post.
Then last week one of our Ladies at Lunch gang passed away so quickly… I’m not superstitious normally, but those words, ‘It comes in threes,’ was going through my head. And then today, my hairdresser who is our little lunch gang… told me of someone, who I also knew, had just passed away. Fingers crossed here… well to be honest if I can cross it I will. 😀 😀 😀
Finally, I’ve finished the image, that I started a couple of weeks back, for this week’s Mid-Week Monochrome Challenge.

Hereford is a beautiful city with its own cathedral… with the river Wye, not far from the cathedral and it runs through city but is well-known to flood at times.
In addition to beautiful ancient architecture and lovely green spaces, it also has quaint side streets.
The scene I am sharing here is from a side-street in Hereford. With a person walking with their dog.
Despite it originally being a colour photograph I thought it also works as a monochrome with very interesting shades.
I am looking forward to seeing your monochrome pictures for this week’s challenge.
Happy Wednesday everyone!
