Allum flower – Flower of the Day

Allum Flower

Not far from us in Harlip, it the agricultural college. Within the grounds of the garden centre is Broadview Gardens, located at the back of the garden centre and those gardens are spectacular. Within one of the borders stood this lone Allum flower.

A photograph of an Allum flower photographed at Broadview Gardens, Hartlip in Kent.

What caught my eye was the deep purple buds at the top of the stem waiting to burst into full blown and how the lightness of those buds when they are in full bloom.
