Back in 2015, we took a holiday on the West Coast of the USA. At the end of our holiday before heading home we checked-in to Monterey Hotel on the beach for 3 nights
As we headed out of Monterey, we drove down by the coast towards Pebble Beach via 17-mile Drive which takes you by the coastline. We stopped at Pebble Beach Links Golf Shop for a little while before heading onto Big Sur.
My sense of humour really did kick in, when we walked into the shop and saw a Wayne Rooney Golf Bag… I don’t know what it was but it just tickled me pink, knowing he’s a football player. Rory Mcllroy, Nick Faldo, or any professional golf player… but Wayne Rooney? 😀 😀 😀

Needless to say, … we purchased a couple of golf balls for my late father-in-law, and the fella behind the counter who served us was not impressed when he tried to charge us for a bag, and my other half, said, ‘No Thanks, I’ll put them in my pocket.’ 😀 😀 😀 I just walked away disowning him indoors… 😀 😀 😀
