The Temple

Well, the weather here in the South East looks rainy with thunderstorms on Sunday, so if we do decide to go out on a photography jaunt it will definitely have to be on Saturday.

One place we love to visit, is Nymans in Handcross West Sussex and looking back on when we did our last visit, it was over 8 years ago.

So, I think we’ll definitely have to put Nymans as a contender for visiting this weekend.

And one of the features at Nymans that caught my eye was The Temple, which is not far from the entrance to Nymans, circled in the picture below.

Map of the gardens

Nymans is nice to walk around, it isn’t hilly and there are plenty of benches to rest. Which I am finding I need quite a bit now, especially as we are heading into winter. Fibro hates hot weather and loathes cold weather… so, plenty of rests are needed.

Here’s hoping the weather tomorrow, stays fine…

  1. The white temple and the vibrant hydrangeas form a nice contrast. This must be a wonderful place for a walk and probably very interesting for photographers too.

  2. Those hydrangeas are stunning! Of course you won’t get them this weekend but I imagine the trees will be glorious 😀

    1. I will do …🤣🤣, I’m hoping the wings tomorrow aren’t strong as they close the place in very bad settings.

    1. Thank you… we went back there today and it seems that they may have now gotten rid of some of those hydrangeas. Which is such a shame.

        1. I don’t know why…but it is such a shame. The other side still has its hydrangeas.

    1. It was such as shame that there were too many people there… I think I could have stayed there all day on Saturday and still not got the shot.
