Another one of our favourite places to visit is Nymans. We have been back there for quite a while, so I think, weather permitting, we might take a trip back to Nymans this weekend.

At Nymans, there is a tree-lined path with benches dotted here and there for you to sit down and admire the view.

        The Lake District of much like b Scotland and so is the Peak District. We have more hills than mountains

        Bring a thick coat and umbrella .. the more north and west you go, the more rain you get 😅😅 and very cold at times.

        We went to the highlands… in 2016… and one of the roads there had barriers that crossed the road which they closed when it snowed heavy. And along that road was measuring pole of how deep the snow is.
