It was pure accidental that we stumbled upon Sheffield Park Gardens back in 2012. We originally had planned to visit Scotney Castle and when we arrived at Scotney it was closed. So, we quickly had a look on our phones for National Trust Places near Scotney. Sheffield Park Gardens was one of the places that came up. So, we picked that location. And boy, are we glad we did. It was a true treasure of a place to find. And it was on that visit that we learnt about the autumn colours.
