Suffering from Fibromyalgia and PMR impacts your daily life…. I look normal, I talk normal. In fact, to look at me, nobody would ever think there was anything wrong with me. But boy does Fibro affect your body. You go to bed tired; you wake up tired. You don’t go anywhere without your pain-killers. Some days, you ache so much you just don’t have the energy to move.
That is why we visit a lot of National Trust places, and formal gardens, because they tend to have many benches, small walls, where you can rest a while.

And when you visit places as vast as Wakehurst Place is, believe me, you welcome those benches. And what I love about a lot of the benches not just at Wakehurst, but other places, is there memory badges.
Have a great weekend everyone.
