It seems ages since I played around with textures… when I photographed those bottles (Before image) I used a grey leather effect background. But I didn’t like the background effect the image gave.
So, in Photoshop I added a texture and created this image.

I lowered the opacity of the texture and then with a powder paint effect brush I created a mask with a low flow and opacity and painted over parts of the image I wanted to shine through the texture.
Once I was back into Lightroom, I knew the kind of effect I wanted, I wanted to create. It was mainly a black and white image with hints of colour.
So, I found a preset that I use regularly, applied that and then painted on colours to certain parts of the image. Mainly the string and hearts as well as the green leaves and petals.
I have found in the past by creating textured images, it has helped me to learn Photoshop, especially blend modes, and layer masks.
Which can only be a bonus!
