Roses….

I just can’t walk past a rose and not want to photograph their beauty. Like my dad, I have a passion for roses. I can remember as a child our garden filled with roses, and a wild rose growing.

Wherever, we may travel if there is a rose garden, that is where you’ll find me. The sweet smell of fresh cut roses is a smell that I absolutely love. Thank goodness for Yankie Candle, as they do a Fresh Cut Roses candle, so I can have that beautiful smell drifting through our house. A little thing like a rose can make me smile.

  1. Whenever I see a yellow rose, a folk song from the mid-19th century comes to mind. The Yellow Rose of Texas has an interesting history and yellow roses bring it to mind whenever I see one.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful image.
