1. Architecture.
- the front of a building, especially an imposing or decorative one.
- any side of a building facing a public way or space and finished accordingly.
2. a superficial appearance or illusion of something:
And I’ve been lucky in this picture that the better half (or so he says) is working on this new building. And he tells me that the finish of this building is actually finished concrete.
