St. Leonards

Back in 2013, we had only just started our photography journey, when strong winds were going to lash the South Coast.  Now, what better way to spend a Saturday afternoon, having to brace yourself against the strong winds and take images.

Mind you I had to laugh, he decided to head for the beach and do the above pier shot when this rain came rolling in… did he get slightly wet.. well just a little. 😀 😀 😀

Talking about this today brings back another memory.  This time from 2016 as Imogen was striking the south coast.  Well, I was on the prom taking images… he was down on the beach just by the breakwaters that run along the beach.  Along came this gigantic wave and one minute he was there, next he was gone.  My God, I did go into panic mode!  I seriously thought he had been washed out to sea, and he had my mobile in his pocket.

Just before I started to act like a rent a looney.. and start running up and down the prom shouting Help! Help! Help! this little head popped up over the breakwater.  He had decided to jump over the breakwater and get the shot. Wish he had told me his plans!  Looking back I can laugh about it now but at the time I have never in my life felt so much panic ensue my body. 😀 😀 😀

    1. Thank you very much xx Crazy most definitely… we must be to go out in a gale to seaside 😀 😀 😀 xx No normal person does that. Mind you the only advantage of being idiots is every other person stays at home and we don’t get people in our shots 😀 😀 😀
