Flower of the day – 6th September 2018

Dahlia from Anglesey Abbey
A photograph of a yellow dahlia taken at Anglesey Abbey in Cambridgeshire.

A photograph of a dahlia flower taken at Anglesey Abbey in Cambridgeshire, within the dahlia garden.  The Dahlia garden was spectacular it was full of different types and colours of dahlias.  It was an added bonus that there had been a rain shower that morning and the leaves and petals still had raindrops on them.  This flower is entered into Cee’s Flower of the Day photography challenge.

If you would like to enter into any photography challenges, we host two Photo for the Week and Mid-Week Monochrome.  You can view more challenges by visiting Cee’s Photography Challenge page.
