Once I saw this photograph on Stacy’s blog for this month’s One Photo Focus Challenge I was eager to get going… and as soon as her email hit my inbox that was it… I already knew what I wanted to do. So I did some minor edits in Lightroom and then exported the photo to Photoshop where I played around with the healing brush and removed the electricity pylons..
I then did some more adjustments in Camera Raw and then added a texture. I played around with the exposure of the texture and then adding a luminosity mask just remove some of the texture from the boats themselves.
After that back into Lightroom, a few radial filters and a vignette and that was it… I wanted to create a textured darkened feeling to the photo and I do hop I have done justice to the photograph which was original taken by David Croker.
Many thanks to David for supplying this month’s photo and to Stacy for holding this photo Challenge. Have a great weekend. ❤ ⭐
